The temple has a shrine dedicated to Lord Ayyappa, Ganapathi, Shiva, Subramanyam, Annapoorneshwari, Nagar and Navagraha. The temple also houses a shrine dedicated to the Paramaguru Brahmashree Neelakanta Gurupadar and Jagadguru Swami Sathyananda Saraswathi.
Moreover, the temple has an underground facility for meditation, which serves as a peaceful retreat for devotees seeking introspection and inner peace.
The temple also houses a cow shelter (Gau Shala).
